DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
     At Creations by Andrea, you can get uniquely designed scrapbooks and memory frames to help commemorate your special events and occasions.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
     In exchange for the services provided, the customer will pay compensation to Creations by Andrea upon the completion of the services provided based upon an hourly rate, with a deposit of $100.00 per scrapbook and/or $50.00 per memory frame, to be paid at the time a contract is signed.  The remainder is to be paid upon the completion and delivery of the project(s) and invoice.

CONFIDENTIALITY
     Creations by Andrea agrees to hold confidential any information acquired in the process of readying or completing each job.  This provision will continue to be effective even after the termination of the contract.  Upon the termination of the contract, Creations by Andrea will return to the customer all records, notes, documentation and other items that were used, created or controlled by Creations by Andrea during the term of this contract.

WARRANTIES
     Any defects in workmanship done by Creations by Andrea will be corrected to the reasoned satisfaction of both the customer and Andrea.

CANCELLATIONS
     If an order is cancelled, any work performed up to the point of notice of cancellation will be invoiced, if that amount exceeds the deposit that is already paid.
